FA President Musa Bility is giving fraternity football another dimension. Presently in South Africa, where the African Cup of Nations tournament for locals is holding Bility took the time to fraternize with CAF family including President Issa Hayatou and vice president Almamy Kabele Kamara.
Bility, who was a member of the Organizing Committee for the Orange African Cup of Nations, served also as a Match Commissioner for one of the games in the ongoing tournament.
It is also reported that Bility featured for a side in a friendly soccer match, which falls in the old timers’ zone.
The increase fraternization of FA officials provides a sure chance for CAF to approve on development programs for Liberia, a source at the LFA said yesterday.
“Liberia has cordial relations with CAF and FIFA,” the source said, “and the LFA under President Bility is making sure that we hit all the right spots to improve on our game.”
Liberia has registered to participate in the U17, U20 and the female in the 2015 African Cup of Nations’ tournaments in the various divisions.
