One of Africa’s representatives to the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup, the Indomitable Lioness of Cameroon squad, is expected to host the female Lone Star team in a two-tie game of the 2016 Summer Olympics qualifiers in Yaoundé, Cameroon on Saturday and Friday, May 2 and 8 respectively.

In spite of that, their Liberian counterparts are determined to put up a good performance against the Cameroonians.
The female Lone Star is under the tactical guidance of ex-Liberian international, Varmah Kpoto, and his deputy coach former female national team defender, Florence Monboe, with Assistant Coach Jonah Sarweah.
According to the Administrative Manager Patricia K.T. Moore, 35 female players have been called up for the final selection in about two weeks to the game.
