The Liberia Football Association has invited five foreign based players for the National Under-20 Team qualifying match against Guinea slated for April.
According to a release from the LFA the five players are all playing for youth and academy teams in Europe. Three of the five are from Holland, one from England and the other from the Czech Republic.
The five players are Alieu Sheriff of RSC ACADEMY (England), Joseph Gongbeh of HVV HOLLANBIA (Holland) Mame Aminata Dore of F.C. DEN BOSCH(Holland), Omar Fofana of VAN NEC (Holland) and Sylvanus Nimely of MEF OKD KARVINA (Czech Republic).
The LFA release said four of the players have arrived in the country and began training with the rest of the Under-20 squad that has been training for weeks.
Liberia faces Guinea in the first leg of the CAF Under-20 qualifiers on April 3, at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium with the return leg coming on in two weeks in Guinea.
