Fail Only at Your Peril, Mr. President, to Bring the Killers of the LRA/IAA Auditors to Justice!

Weeks after their suspicious deaths at the hands of unknown assailants, families of the slain auditors have announced scheduled funeral rites to lay their loved ones to rest.

Their deaths have left the nation in a state of uncertainty not knowing what next to expect.

Police investigators have announced that they have in their custody, an individual identified as “Supreme”, which is probably his nom de guerre.

Known as a dangerous criminal and notorious armed robber, he was found to be in the possession of Gifty Lama’s laptop and phone, yet no one has been charged for the crime.

The Police has been cautioning the public to refrain from jumping to premature conclusions as to what may have actually happened that caused the serial deaths of three auditors and a tax official.

But the reported flight of one of the examining pathologists, Dr. Benedict Kolee, from the country has tended to further ingrain public perceptions of bias in the handling of the case and lack of confidence in the investigative process.

Questions are being asked, and rightly so, just why Dr. Kolee would suddenly leave the country after submitting his autopsy report and, in doing so, drop hints of the unlikelihood of his return anytime soon.

Was the autopsy report conclusive in its findings and did the results contradict in any shape or form the current narrative being spun by official spin doctors attributing the cause of death to random or self-inflicted accidents?

His colleague who performed the autopsy along with him is reported to still be in Liberia.

Just what next is to follow remains unclear at this point in time. That the families have announced planned funeral rites for the deceased, suggests that the Police did give the go-ahead to inter the bodies following completion of the autopsies on auditors Albert Peters and Victoria Gifty Asmah Lamah.

But just what the results of the autopsy are, no one knows for sure because they have been kept under wraps and away from public scrutiny.

Meanwhile public speculations about “nothing coming out of this case” appear to be gaining traction by the day.

And the reason for this is the seemingly prolonged delay in bringing suspects before the law. A suspected killer named “Supreme”, who Police claims is in their custody, is yet to be forwarded to court.

Who are or might have been his accomplices has not been disclosed but the public appears convinced that he did not act alone.

But just why he has not yet been charged and forwarded to court for prosecution is anyone’s guess.

That has left the families of the deceased, agonizing and feeling distraught with a deep sense of loss and disappointment at the failure of the Police to identify the killers and bring them to justice.

The Daily Observer has entreated Justice Minister Musah Dean to not allow this situation to be mishandled. As chairman of the Joint Security and Justice Minister, he has the duty and obligation to ensure that the killers of the LRA quartet are brought to justice without delay.

Those individuals were performing their duties to God and Country. They did not deserve to die, to have their lives snuffed out just like that by wicked elements bent on covering-up their dirty trails of massive theft of state resources.

The now leaked audit report completed by IAA head, Barten Nyeswa, for which he received the death sentence, points to massive theft of US$48 million by state functionaries placed in charge of the Anti-COVID-19 national response effort.

This is completely unacceptable. The public suspects that officials of this government organized, planned and executed a grand design to eliminate the auditors out of fear of being exposed to public censure and ridicule and possibly even prosecution.

In view of this situation, the Daily Observer calls on President Weah to leave no stone unturned to bring those responsible to justice. Above all, he should remember that as leader of the nation, he is like a shepherd to a flock of sheep who will not rest or sleep until he finds that single lost sheep and bring it home. He (President Weah) must not sleep on this. The nation will long remember how he handled this. And as sure as night follows day, this matter will come to haunt him if he does not do the right thing by bringing those responsible to justice. He can only fail at his peril.

  1. What is the Liberia national police waiting for to arrest and charged Mr.”Supreme”who is presently in their custody for killing Giffty and Mr. Peter? They have their killer right before them and he is part of the group that killed Giffty and Peter if you listen to Slyvester Larma on 50/50 with T-Max the husband to The late Giffty Larma. Mr. Supreme name was mentioned after they had called Giffty phone from an unknown number. Mr. Supreme was the individual that had answered the incoming call from the unknown number, thinking that, the call was from their master minder of the killings. Unfortunately for Mr. Supreme, the unknown caller did not say anything from her end of the phone so, Mr. Supreme really thought, the caller has dropped the call. Actually, the caller was still on the line and Mr. Supreme begun to narrate on how and where the caller will find the 2 the next day and, excatly the next day, Giffty and Peter remains were found just how Mr. Supreme has said. Will it be a coincidence that, Mr. Supreme was in pocession of Giffty phone and her laptop? I absolutely think, mr supreme is their guy.

  2. I agree with Daily Observer that these terroristic killings shouldn’t join the long list of unsolved murders since 2003, which suggests GMW must demand results. Nonetheless, the fact that someone called Supreme was seen with a laptop and bag belonging to deceased victim Gifty Lama is simply circumstantial evidence, which doesn’t prove he even committed the double murder, not to talk of the other two. Unsurprisingly, the investigators are rightfully interrogating him to discover how he came by those items in order to get more leads. Any attempt to charge him for murder based solely on possession of those two items would lead to a dismal of the case in court.

    • Pap Moses! My question is, according to Mr. Slyvester Lama, the husband to Giffty Lama, there were several calls place by him on the day Giffty went to work and never called to speak to the children, which was unusal of his wife. Then the sister in law to Slyvester called one of Giffty cellphone from an unknown number and then, a gentleman calling himself Mr. Supreme answered Giffty cellphone with confidence. This is how the name supreme became subject of interest to this case. Interestingly, they found in his pocession the 2 cellphones of Giffty, her laptop and handbag in Mr. Supreme pocession. Is this a coincidence or infact tied Mr. Supreme to this crime, after he told the unknown caller how they could find Giffty and Mr. Peter in a car parking somewhere, and excatly was the case. Is this just another coincidence again? Too many facts are leading to Mr. Supreme and he is one of our killers.

  3. Sometimes killers leaves trail because they want to make a statement or sent out a message to the public but this wasn’t, in this case. Mr. Supreme clearly told the unknown caller, which happens to be Slyvester sister in law, that’s Giffty sister that, the 2 people will be found in their car somewhere not knowing that, he Mr. supreme cellphone was still opened as well as the unknown caller. The unknown caller remained quiet and Mr. Supreme went on narrating with confidence, on how these people will be found and exactly, that’s how Giffty and Mr. Peter bodies were found the following day on broad street. Mr. Supreme knows more than he is talking because, he left his trail at the crime point from the cellphone overhead conversations by the unknown caller.

The evidence is, they found Giffty Lama cellphones and laptop in his pocession. This is a hard evidence and he need to start talking to a lawyer to save himself. I am very confident that, if he is charge and trial date is set, he will confessed the rest of the people that’s involved, especially the primary sources. Don’t be surprised to hear that, Mr. Supreme had hang himself or die mysteriously when this investigation get to the climax. On the contrary, this investigations is going on in a country where Mr. Corruption is alive and well called Liberia.

  4. Mr. Moses, do you know and understand what constitutes probative and/or direct evidence? Irrefutably, the Laptop and Cellphones owned and belonging to Mrs. Gifty A. Lama, but found in Mr. Supreme’s custody and possession, undeniably constitute direct and probative pieces of evidence.

Consistent with the record and what obtained about two weeks ago in Liberia, the action and inaction of the George Manneh Weah led the Government, from the discovery of the bodies of Mr. Albert K. Peters, Mrs. Victoria Gifty Lama, Mr. George F. Fahnboto, and Mr. Emmanuel B. Nyesuwa to the hastily and desperate relocation of the bodies of the Auditors and Financials Experts to the St Moses Funeral Home, to the willful neglect by Mr. George Manneh Weah and his Government to timely conduct on the crime scene and after the crime scene examinations on the bodies of the Auditors and Financial Experts, and to Mrs. Lama’s Laptop and Phones been found in the custody and possession of Mr. Supreme, and to him answering Mrs. Lama’s phones around at 2:00 A.M on that frightful and heartbreaking morning when the bodies of Mr. Peters and Mrs. Lama were found in a vehicle belonging to Mr. Peters on Broad Street, Snapper Hill, City of Monrovia, Republic of Liberia, certainly and without the slightest doubt, the following occurrences, prove that indeed and without a question, Mr. Albert K. Peters, Mrs. Victoria Gifty Lama, Mr. George F. Fahnboto, Mr. Emmanuel B. Nyesuwa and Mr. Mathew Innis, all truly committed and promising Auditors and Financial Experts in Liberia were obviously abducted, tortured and murdered under strange and suspicious circumstances that bear the true marks of official and authoritative instructions. .

To conform to his cold-hearted and nefarious paymasters that mission was accomplished and that he had abducted, tortured and murdered Mr. Peters and Mrs. Lama, Mr. Supreme confusedly and directly confessed to Mr. Lama and the Sister of the Late Gifty A. Lama, where he directed Mr. Lama and his Wife’s body was to be found, Broad St, Snapper Hill. Liberians and residents need to swiftly and accordingly hold the George Manneh Weah-led Government accountable and responsible to find, indict and swiftly bring the killers of Mr. Peters, Mrs. Lama, Mr. Fahnboto, Mr. Nyesuwa and Mir. Mathew Innis’ killers to justice.

The Reported Abduction, torture and Gruesome Murder of the auditors will NEVER go unpunished.

WE REFUSE to permit Domestic Terrorists and the PAYMASTERS to run our streets with impunity!

  5. MR. GEORGE MANNEH WEAH AND HIS CDC GOVERNMENT WERE EELECTED TO PROTECT THE

PEOPLE OF LIBERIA AND NOT TO WATCH THEM DIE AT THE HANDS OF DOMESTIC TERRORISTS!

LIBERIANS RESIDING ABROAD AND IN LIBERIA WILL WORK TOGETHER TO ENSURE JUSTICE!

THE UNEXPLAINED AND SUSPICIOUS DEATHS OF THE AUDITORS MUST BE ACOUNTED FOR

  6. Frederick Jayweh, you know simply little or nothing essential about probative or direct evidence. If you had any sound education on probative or direct evidence you would be advancing arguments as Joseph Akoi’s argument on “Mr. Supreme went on narrating with confidence, on how these people will be found and exactly.“

AND NOT such LAYMAN’S RATIO DECIDENDI as Laptop and Cellphones owned and belonging to Mrs. Gifty A. Lama, but found in Mr. Supreme’s custody and possession tantamounts to direct evidence.

That telephone response from Mr. Supreme articulating when the victims would be found is what makes definite the direct evidence vis a vis his Mr. Supremes involvement in the commission of those homicides ..WITHOUT WHICH neither the real evidence, the physical evidence, nor the inculpatory evidence (cell phones, laptops, etc.) would reach the stage of direct evidence!

That is, Frederick Jayweh, WITHOUT THAT PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE AND THAT DIRECT EVIDENCE viz Mr. Supremes telephone response, such inculpatory evidence, real and physical or demonstrative evidence would only be PRELIMINARY EVIDENCE AND PRESUMPTIVE EVIDENCE necessary to begin a hearing or trial and that may be received conditionally in anticipation of other evidence linking it to the issue. Or evidence deemed sufficient to establish another fact unless discredited by another evidence!

IN SHORT, DO NOT CONFUSE satis factory evidence, tangible evidence…DEMONSTRATIVE EVIDENCE, REAL EVIDENCE OR PHYSICAL EVIDENCE (eg. the cell phones, laptops, clothes, vehicle, etc weapon, etc.) WITH DIRECT EVIDENCE..evidence that is based on personal knowledge or observation and that, if true, proves a fact WITHOUT INFERENCE OR PRESUMPTION! OKAY???????????????

Nor should you even attempt to equate probative evidence with direct evidence, when probative evidence is simply evidence that TENDS TO PROVE or disproves a point in issue!

Still further, do not confuse INCULPATORY EVIDENCE with direct or probative evidence, when inculpatory evidence is simply evidence showing or tending to show one’s involvement in a crime or wrong!

For of course, Mr. Supreme could have found the laptops and cell phones or may have bought them from another party.

But the fact that he Mr. Supreme was in possession of the phones and laptops (THE REAL EVIDENCE ALSO KNOWN AS PHYSICAL EVIDENCE) and made such rima facie and inculpatory response from him a prima facie evidence against him Mr. Supreme that THERE IS NO WAY, he Mr. Supreme may not be involved in the commission of those homicides!.

    • @ Dortu-Siboe Doe aka True Nationalist: Your blind loyalty for President Weah is preposterous! Many Liberians give President Weah credit where credit is due, and yet, many Liberians criticize him where criticism is due. However, your perpetual habit to mislead the Liberian public whenever this inexperience, corrupt, retributive and divisive government does something wrong only leads this government down a slippery slope toward dictatorship: a recipe for chaos and anarchy.

All your sanctimonious flattery of President Weah on the internet, whom you worship like a Cult Leader, is dangerous toward the positive development of this new government that vowed to be transparent and also professed to look out for the poor people of Liberia.

Remember, Mr. Doe aka True Nationalist, Our New Found Democracy is better served when our democratic system is based on ‘checks and balances”. Such system of government serves as a wedge among the three branches of government in order to avoid concentration of power in one branch of government….as is currently developing in this new CDC led government before our eyes. Too many mysterious deaths of Liberian auditors are going unsolved.

From my Operation Research On Dortu-Siboe Doe (True Nationalist): I came across this interesting rebuttal found on the internet posted by one Counsellor Charles K. Sunwabe Jr. on Jan. 2013 questioning Dortu-Siboe Doe (True Nationalist) so-called legal credentials he purports to be a scholar in International Law.

Dortu-Siboe Doe (True Nationalist) wrote Attorney Alvin Teage-Jalloh during his (Atty. Jalloh) infamous lawsuit @ the Supreme Court of Liberia challenging the 1973 “automatic loss” of Liberian citizenship which was dismissed.

However, the blind loyalist of President Weah, the so-called intellectual legal scholar and international law specialist, Dortu-Siboe Doe (True Nationalist), cowardly avoided a legal response to Counsellor Sunwabe’s challenging his legal qualification? See Cllr. Sunwabe letter posted below to refresh your memory Mr. Doe (True Nationalist)!!!

Sunwabe Replies Dortu-Siboe-Doe (Extracted from the internet, Jan. 2013)

      Dear Mr. Dortu-Siboe-Doe:

Happy New Year, my dear brother! It has been quite a while since I became familiar with your virulent response to my question. I sent out an email to interested readers on the Every- Liberian list-serve on December 5, 2012, asking if you were absolutely certain about a particular “legal position” that you had advocated in your debate with Attorney Alvin Teage-Jalloh. My question was asked in good faith and out of curiosity. I had no prior malicious or suspicious intent, when I asked you.

Candidly I anticipated an educated response, since you had previously professed to be an “attorney” and a “scholar.” Along these lines, I expected actual case-law from the Liberian Supreme Court or a reasonable legal analysis that tended to remotely support and offer credence to your position. I wanted to become educated, as far as the foundation of your assertion. Regrettably, you offered little, if anything, in this direction.

Surprisingly, you responded to my honest and innocent question in “the typical Liberian fashion”:You became insulting, dismissive, and unnecessarily demeaning. In the process, you not only failed to answer my question, but engaged in a behavior that was questionable and raised question about your professed legal scholarship.

Please allow me to address your response to my communication. According to you, my question regarding the certainty of your advocated legal position was an “illogical” undertaking. In fact, you wanted me to jump in and state a position rather than asking you “illogical question”. Mr. Legal Scholar, this position of yours is murky and acutely disconcerting. Let me point out that lawyers and judges routinely asked questions—mainly to unearth the truth, adopt or change legal positions, and to advocate their clients’ particular position. In fact, asking questions is a vital legal tool—lawyers who ask good questions are highly effective in and out of the courtroom. Additionally, they tend to write effective legal briefs and motions. Thus, I argue the questioning skills of lawyers are essential, cardinal, and central to the practice of law.

It is stunning, if not totally unheard of, for a professed attorney to begrudgingly dismiss a pertinent and pointed question as being illogical. In the ongoing debate between you and Attorney Jalloh, my question was pointed directly at your advocated legal position. From a lawyer’s perspective, a sufficient or minimally acceptable legal response was anticipated. Your response in this capacity, in concert with the sum total of your writings regarding Mr. Jalloh’s pending lawsuit challenging the 1973 “automatic loss” of citizenship law, leaves one with the impression that you are not a licensed or practicing attorney. No serious attorney, irrespective of his or her jurisdiction of practice or place of legal education, would respond to a well-intentioned question as you have done here.

You did not answer my question and I am still inclined to ask you even more pointed questions: What case law (from the Republic of Liberia) are you relying on to support your assertion? Where are your legal analyses? Where are the Liberian constitutional provisions that you believe support your position regarding the automatic loss of citizenship question? How are you applying those provisions? For some of us who have followed the debate between you and Mr. Jalloh, it is a foregone conclusion that you have offered nothing remotely substantive or legally coherent. You have offered a number of poorly researched Google’s legal terms and opinions. These Google’s legal terms have not been analyzed and applied with the unique skills of a lawyer. In fact, they are starting to appear like a display of infantile legal preoccupation—they lack serious legal intuition and scrutiny.

Lastly, in responding to my question, you intentionally omitted the original list-serve that was used to communicate my question to you. By not including the original medium of communication, you directly created the impression that I was somehow incapable of responding to your “legal” opinion. It is unacceptable for a professed scholar to behave in this erroneous manner. Please include me on the original list-serves of communications, in all future engagements.

As for the other issue you raised, know that we, the friends of Attorney Alvin Teage Jalloh, will make gifts to support his lawsuit against the Liberian government.
      Thanks,

      Charles Kwalonue Sunwabe, Jr., Esq.
      Arlington, Virginia

N.B: Mr. Dortu-Siboe-Doe is now using the alias True Nationalist to disguise his real identity after so many controversial arguments on the internet.

NORRIS TWEAH, YOUR BROTHER’S PHONE NUMBER WAS THE LAST PHONE NUMBER SEEN ON MR. NYESUWA’S PHONE. SAMUEL D. TWEAH, AKA, TRUE NATIONALIST, WHY IS NORRIS TWEAH STILL RUNNING THE STREETS OF LIBERIA?

Samuel D. Tweah, Former INTERSTATE TRUCK DRIVER Turned Liberia’s Minister of Finance and Development, AKA TRUE NATIONALIST, AKA SIEBO DORTU DOE, why has NORRIS TWEAH NOT been ARRESTED? IT WAS NORRIS TWEAH THAT CONFUSEDLY TOOK POSSESSION OF AND TRANSPORTED THE BODY OF MR. EMMANUEL B. NYESUWA TO THE JFK. Why has NORRIS TWEAH NOT BEEN ARRESTED?

WHY HAS NORRIS TWEAH NOT BEEN ARRESTED?TRUST THIS: YOU DOMESTIC TERRORISTS, YOU AND YOUR PAYMASTERS HAVE WASHED YOUR SEPARATE ASS ON THE WRONG TREE!

Samuel D. TWEAH, the Phone Number of NORRIS TWEAH, your brother found on the Late Emmanuel B. Nyesuwa’s phone, is clear, Probative and irrefutable piece of direct evidence. What do you think?

We have trust and faith in the George M. Weah’s controlled Courts of Liberia. So we await your arrest separately before an international court of justice.

WE ARE WAITING FOR THE AUTOPSY REPORT!

    • Mr. Jayweh , you may not have taken into consideration the reality that your decision to digress from your own subject matter of “what constitutes probative and/or direct evidence“, and wander away into such unrelated mentioning about someone’s name “ Samuel Tweah, Samuel Tweah, Samuel Tweah, Samuel Tweah“ is misrepresentative of one claiming to be a lawyer. Mr. Jayweh, you have even descended to the ebb of profanities instead of you dealing with tenets of the criminal process related to this matter. How so, Mr. Jayweh?

      • Matilda Witherspoon, that Frederick Jayweh would want intelligent people to believe his laughable rant that I True Nationalist, I am the Minister of Finance of Liberia, when I do not even live in Liberia is an indication that he rants for ranting sake.

The last time he came here jumping to conclusion based on his own reasons which principles or rules he had absolutely no idea about.

And here he comes again attempting to “show off“ about the concept of EVIDENCE, when he cannot appropriately place or differentiate ADMINICULAR EVIDENCE (auxiliary or corroborating evidence presented for the purpose of explaining or completing other evidence ) and CONCLUSIVE evidence (evidence so strong as to overbear any other evidence to the contrary).

It is really shameful that one claiming to be a lawyer DOES NOT KNOW the difference between an evidence which, if true, proves a fact WITHOUT inference or presumption as compared to an evidence (inculpatory etc.) NEEDING an inference and presumption to prove a fact.

  8. Matilda Witherspoon, if this is your real name and true identity, the topic under discussion it this: Mr. Albert K. Peters, Mrs. Victoria Gifty A. Lama, Mr. George F. Fahnboto, and Mr. Emmanuel B. Nyesuwa were in the space of 8days abducted, tortured and murdered by some cold-hearted killers to reportedly and officially cover the massive stealing going on in Liberia. Liberians and residents are deeply traumatized and hunted by the mysterious and unexplained murder of the Auditors. Liberians and residents are deeply traumatized and rightly fearful for their lives.

In a desperate and hastily manner, Mr. Weah and his Government relocated the bodies of Mr. Peters, Mrs. Lama, Mr. Fahnboto, and Mrs. Nyesuwa without hiring a medical examiner to conduct on the crime scene and after the crime scene examinations on the bodies of Mr. Peters, Mrs. Lama, Mr. Fahnboto, and Mr. Nyesuwa. The willful neglect and open refusal of Mr. George Manneh Weah and his Government to conduct these examinations, robbed the families and Liberian people the opportunity to establish their legal time of death. Consistent with the Law of Medical Jurisprudence, where the time of death of a human being is not established, it remains impossible to establish that person’s cause of death. So the long-awaited Autopsy Report of the Weah-led Government anxiously anticipated by Liberians and residents cannot be medically and legally established. So far, the cold-hearted killers of the Auditors shall never be identified, indicted, arrested and prosecuted for reportedly killing the Auditors.

To medically and legally establish the time of death and cause of death of a human being, the Law of Medical Jurisprudence demands that a hired medical examiner must proceed to examine the body of that person first and foremost. The on the crime scene and after the crime scene examinations are highly necessary to ascertain and establish when Rigor Mortis took control of the body and when Rigor Mortis left the body of that dead person. The Weah-led Government and its challenged National Police contaminated and compromised the crime scene and the bodies of the Auditors by desperately and willfully relocating the bodies their bodies to the St Moses Funeral Home and placing them on ice to pretentiously and wrongly conduct an autopsy.

Matilda, from what has obtained in Liberia leading to having Dr. Benedict K. Kollie and Dr. Zoebohn K. Kpadeh to after nearly ten days conduct so-called autopsy on the bodies of the Auditors, deeply contaminated and compromised the bodies and Mr. Weah and his Government, legally created doubt as to who killed the Auditors. Liberia’s substantive and procedural Law provides that where doubt is created, no matter how guilty a criminal defendant appears, he/she must be declared not guilty. Stope making the death of the Auditors about me. Make it about the willful neglect and ineptitude of Mr. George Manneh Weah and his Government. The auditors died on the watch of Mr. Weah and are Government. If you have anything called moral left in you, you need to worry about Mr. Weah and his Government’s willful and intentional neglect.

You need to worry about the bereaved families of the auditors and the under-aged kids they left behind with no mother and fathers to love and care for them. You are a female you know!

    • Mr. Frederick Jayweh, this is an intellectual forum. This is not a place to hide behind emotionalism and crocodile tears for victims and their bereaved families simply to cover your failure on the intellectualism of the subject matter.

Did you not know about all the emotional rants you have copiously written here when you were asking others about what constitutes probative evidence and direct evidence? Honestly, I am shocked that someone coming with his stripes of Cllr this and Cllr. that would fail so miserable on the intellectual aspect of that which he claims to be a counselor at.

So, my friend, this is about you, and not about any bereaved families. You are simply one who goes around bragging about being this and being that, when you cannot intellectually prove yourself being what you are so boastful about.

I do not see any title linked to the commenter True Nationalist. But he has proven to be a lawyer (even if he has not stated such), while you have proven to be one who has simply plastered the title (Cllr.) on your forehead, but lacks the intellectualism of the discipline of law.

  9. Matilda, if this is your real name and true identity, you have proved that you are a cold-hearted and heartless praise-singer for Mr. George Manneh Weah and his highly challenged Government. Truly and totally you are a bankrupt and a deprave human being. You rather underrated and slight the abduction, torture and murder of Mr. Albert K. Peters, Mr. Gifty Victoria A. Lama, Mr. George K. Fahnboto, Mr. Emmanuel B. Nyesuwa and the Late Mathew Innis. No, I have no reason to intellectualized the mysterious and officially sanctioned murder of the Auditors and Financial Experts. I am concerned and consumed by the need to bring the cold-hearted killers of Mr. Peters, Mrs. Lama, Mr. Fahnboto, Mr. Nyesuwa and the Late Mathew Innis to justice.

Mr. Weah and his CDC-led Government were elected by the people of Liberia to secure and protect them and not to watch them die at the hands of Domestic Terrorists, running the streets of Liberia.

WE ARE ANXIOUSLY WAITING FOR THE GOVERNMENT’S AUTOPSY REPORT.

  10. Frederick, a Frederick Jayweh claiming to be a lawyer and unnecessarily obsessed with giving the impression that he masters legal language must be able to reason and articulate within the perimeters of legal methodology.

Such a required approach has nothing to do with intellectualizing nor philosophizing. It simply has to do with making sense. And this is inter alia what you have proven to be incapable of doing in terms of assertion or demonstration.

Take for example if lawyers as Tiawen Gongloe, Kabineh Janneh, Kofi Woods, Arthur Johnson, etc. were participating here in these discussions, even you will attest to the fact that they would not be so nonsensical and tautological as you have degraded yourself.

For your own good, Frederick when you are using the diction “deprave“ in the context you have used it here, you MUST use it in the past. “depraved“ and not “deprave“. Also, when using the word “intellectualize“ as you have chosen to use it here, that word should be “intellectualize“ AND NOT “INTELLECTUALIZED“.

So, Frederick YOUR INABILITY to make sense here (while fooling yourself about medical jurisprudence) or at least reflect universal, moral, and ethical principles, as they relate to the jurisprudence of these discussions, simply proves you did not study well in school, for which you have ended up as we say here in Liberia…A GBAGBATEE LAWYER..

  11. We will not permit heartless and cold-hearted blind praise-singers to distract us. You might work for Mr. Weah and his challenged Government. We can only blame Mrs. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and her Tribe for leaving Liberia into the hands of the incapables.

Having committed the Crimes of Property Theft and Economic Sabotage against Liberia and residents, the Criminal Minded Criminals, thought that they could target and kill Mr. Albert K. Peters, Mrs. Gifty Victoria A. Lama, Mr. George K. Fahnboto, Mr. Emmanuel B. Nyesuwa and Mr. Mathew Innis and then, their criminal acts could go away and not reach the eyes and ears of the public and the Liberian people. What a DREAM.

Why deceive and fool yourselves? The unexplained abduction, torture and cold-hearted killing of Mr. Peters, Mrs. Lama, Mr. Fahnboto, Mr. Nyesuwa, and the Late Mathew Innis, will not go away unpunished.

Liberians residing abroad and at home will hold Mr. Weah and his Government to account should they failed and neglect to find and prosecute the killers of the Auditors and bring them to justice.

Look and envision how the Weah-Led Government is running after the PRESS, in particular, the staff of the Daily Observer, T-MAX and the Journalist shot and killed in Cold-blood in Bong County, two days ago.

What a sad and unfortunate happening. Liberia is truly in the hands of Public Thieves and the Incapables.

Matilda, are you not ashamed spending your time and energy spreading lies and confusion for a Government that is publicly stealing from Liberia and residents and hunting its citizens. Something has got to change in Liberia.

Look, Manneh cannot pay the AFL, Police and NSA. Did you read the no money complaint of Liberia’s Chief if Staff, Gen. Prince Johnson?

By killing Mr. peters, Mrs. Lama, Mr. Fahnboto and Mr. Nyesuwa, the officially sanctioned killing will continue to hunt Liberia and residents.

WE ARE WAITING FOR THE AUTOPSY REPORT

  12. To The Person who Spews Falsehoods…

Stop being indignant. You’re spreading a dangerous falsehood. You do not have a valid proof to say, write or spread your unsubstantiated gospel. Be neoteric. Stop being unenlightened, unless you want to. You have a suspicion. That’s normal. But, your suspicion should not lead you in the direction of pointing your fingers. Secondly, stop being repetitive. Being repetitive does not serve you well. Being repetitive puts a stain on your character, unless you want to be permanently stained. Bring forth your best, unless you have no control over those ugly demons. Desist from being a contrarian, unless you want to continue to be one. Be respectful of yourself. Don’t argue without the facts.

We write this to let you know that everyone in our community is unhappy with you. You know very well that we are talking to you. Yes you. Don’t be isolated. We look out for you!

    • Mr. Hney, these ranting senselessness, unfounded claims, and insane repetitions from this boy (Fredrick Jayweh) are not a matter of one “being indignant“.

It is a matter of Frederick Jayweh finding himself publicly disgraced as a result of him trying to bluff that he is a lawyer, but unfortunately ended up with the stigma of being one whose knowledge or understanding of even the elementary concepts of the discipline of law is very limited, weak, and poor.

So, Mr. Hney, this boy (Frederick Jayweh) is only fighting shame by foolishly deluding himself that his ranting senselessness, unfounded claims, and insane repetitions may distract attention from his disgraced stigma.

  13. HNEY, ARE YOU THAT AFRAID THAT YOU CANNOT OPENLY ADDRESS THE ISSUE? YOU, HNEY, MATILDA, MAE, SO-CALLED NATIONALIST AND GARSUAH GBOVLEH, ARE ALL COLD-HEARTED AND INEPT PRAISE-SINGERS. CONTINUE TO DEFEND THE CRIMINAL AND DOMESTIC TERRORISTS RUNNING THE STREETS OF LIBERIA. I HOPE YOU HAVE YOUR IMMIGRATION PAPERS!!!

  14. Cllr. Jayweh,
My post is addressed to a person of interest! A person who spreads gossip about this and that. I had not the slightest idea that you would be hooked so badly. I am sorry brother.

Question: Are you genuinely a perpetrator of falsehoods, cllr. Jayweh? You did a good job to expose Alexander Benedict Cummings. But, you have changed. Come to yourself.

Jayweh:- “Hney, are you that afraid that you cannot openly address the issue”?

Hney’s Response:- What issue are you talking about Jayweh? Try to be a respectable Jayweh. Don’t hide behind the issues man. I didn’t mention your name at all. What makes you think that I am referring to you as a spreader of falsehoods? Again, do you spread falsehoods?

Jayweh:- You, Hney, Maltilda, Mae, so-called Nationalist, Garsuah Gborvlehn are all cold-hearted and inept praise-singers.

Hney’s Response:- Jayweh, don’t get yourself messed up like that. On behalf of the patriotic Liberians you’ve lumped with me, (I have no problems being lumped with them. I consider them as dignified patriotic Liberians!) people have a right to express themselves. If you have problems with people who express themselves, you’ve got some unexplained issues.

Secondly, on behalf of them, we are not praise-singers. Not at all Jayweh! In a democracy, there are “checks and balances” and pros and cons. In a democracy, people’s ideas do not always coincide. You can’t help it. So don’t turn yourself into a drag. Because some people are reluctant to agree with your point of view does not mean they should be labeled as praise-singers. Lastly, Hon. True Nationalist is a genuine patriot! Mr. Gbolvlehn is a prestigious retired Liberian diplomat. Ms. Mae Moore is an exceptional thinker and of course Mrs. Witherspoon is not an ordinary news maker but rather an esteemed lawyer just as her husband.

Jayweh, use your God-given pizzazz or flair to invalidate the negativity in you. Don’t inflict pain on people by labelling them because of your petty disagreement with them. Don’t incite trepidation by saying or writing something that you don’t have enough proof of.

Jayweh:- “Continue to defend the criminal and domestic criminals”.
Hney’s response:- We speak truth to power always, Jayweh. We are as patriotic as you. We have empathy. We’re anti-criminals. We’re not tramps. We don’t find it pleasurable to label people who disagree with us.

Jayweh:- “I hope you have your immigration papers”.
Hney’s Response:- Yes, I do Jayweh. I thank you for letting me know that you are coming to my state. I will hide my immigration papers from you. Shame on you. I grew up in America, Jayweh. I came here in the 1970s as a very young handsome guy. Because I played soccer at my college, the beautiful ladies kissed me all over my face. Instead of finding something to eat or talk about, there you are talking about my immigration papers. You’re a turkey. Come Thanksgiving Day, I will convince the labeled “praise-singers” to slice you up.

  15. Mr. Garsuah Gbovlehn, (Ph.D.) certainly Liberians want to believe that in you are already 74yrs old or older. And so, you want to make the money from Mr. George Manneh Weah and his challenged Government that you did not make when you were relatively a young adult. Now that you are in your late 70s and almost ready to depart to great heavens, you hope to be deceptive as you can to make that undeserved amount of money senselessly from the Liberian people by choosing to sing songs of praises to Mr. George Manneh Weah and Government. Mr. Gbovlehn (Ph.D.), you are a total disgrace and a shameless human being. You and I know that the abduction, torture, and unexplained murder of Mr. Albert K. Peters, Mrs. Gifty Victoria Gifty Lama, Mr. George F. Fahnboto, Mr. Emmanuel B. Nyesuwa, and the Late Mathew Innis, was officially, instructed, advised, and sanctioned. Come what may, Mr. Weah and his Government will never indict, arrest and prosecute any officially instructed and sanctioned killer.

Certainly, and without a doubt, Gbovlehn, Ph.D., you are a totally bankrupt, depraved, and self-centered human being. Take this to your paymasters and their heartless officials: The abduction, torture, and officially sanctioned murder of Mr. Peters, Mrs. Lama, Mr. Fahnboto, Mr. Nyesuwa, and the Late Mathew Innis on the watch of Mr. Weah and his Government, will never go unaccountable for and punished. Mr. George Manneh Weah and his Government’s neglect, failure and refusal to genuinely and swiftly investigate, establish and bring the cold-hearted killers of Mr. Peters, Mrs. Lama, Mr. Fahnboto, Mr. Nyesuwa, and the Late Mathew Innis to justice, will certainly impact him and his Government deceptive culture of governance.

Liberians will seek the help of the international community to demand that Mr. Weah and his Government do so. The Murder of Mr. Peters, Mrs. Lama, Mr. Fahnboto, Mr. Nyesuwa, and the Later Mathew Innis, if not thoroughly and accordingly investigated, the time and cause of their death determined, Mr. Weah and key officials of his Government, will first and foremost be placed on the No-Fly List of the United States, United Kingdom, the European Union (EU), and other friendly nations that care for transparency, fair-play and accountability. Mr. Weah and key officials of his Government will have their assets targeted and personal bank accounts frozen.

You, Mae Moore, Matilda Whitherspoon, Mr. Hney, True Nationalist and others like you, will never distract us. We will work while it day to bring the killers of the Auditors to justice.

Absolutely, it is unacceptable for domestic terroristic killers to run the streets of Liberia, killing people!

WE ARE ANXIOUSLY WAINTING FOR THE AUTOPSY REPORT!
