Ambassador Apostle Sammy A. David, Founder and General Overseer of God’s Family Church International Incorporated in Liberia, West Africa, will be receiving an International Leadership Award at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 15th, 2018 during the United States Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) Convention by the Caribbean & African Faith-Based Leadership Conference (CAFBLC).
He will be the first religious leader in the West African state of Liberia to receive this prestigious award.
He will be recognized for his outstanding faith-based leadership, humanitarian services, civic engagement and advocacy for peace in Liberia and his global gospel ministry in Africa, the United States, Europe and Asia.
This Awards ceremony will honor the accomplishments of leaders in community development that primarily operate from a faith-based perspective, targeting major issues, including religious liberty, civil rights, humanitarian concerns, social justice and economic development.
