LCC Meet Today to Discuss GTMS Status


The Liberia Chamber of Commerce will host an urgent stakeholders’ meeting today, Tuesday, February 26, to update the business community on the recent implementation of the Global Tracking & Maritime Solutions (GTMS) Cargo Tracking Number (CTN) fees and to propose a way forward.

According to a press release issued late Monday, due to the urgency and importance of this meeting, all heads (decision makers) of all businesses, concessionaires, business organizations and associations are asked to attend this meeting, noting that their presence will highly be appreciated.

A press release signed by LCC’s Secretary General Ms. Salamartu Stephanie Duncan said the meeting will be held at 4 p.m. at the head office of the LCC on Capitol Hill, right behind the Ministry of Lands and Mines.
