A family member of ailing Blessing Fahnbulleh of Gardnersville, outside Monrovia is appealing to all well meaning Liberians and humanitarian organizations to safe her from full visual impairment (blindness).
As you see in the photo, Ms Fahnbulleh’s left eye is falling off, and those doctors in the country have diagnosed her condition as “cancer/growth) that requires urgent medication attention abroad, specifically in India.”
“We have been told by several specialized doctors that the situation is cancerous or growth in the eye that requires urgent medical attention abroad, India to be specific,” Matthew Nyanplu, a brother to Ms Fahnbulleh said.
Mr. Nyanplu said Indian doctors assigned at the Liberia Eye Treatment Center at the John F. Kennedy Hospital in Sinkor who earlier attended to Ms Fahnbulleh’s condition made the recommendation to take her out of the country for advanced treatment in foreign land.
Unfortunately for the family, Mr. Nyanplu told the Daily Observer that the doctors’ recommendation was made at the eve of the 2017 elections, and subsequently left the country. They are yet to return.
Mother Blessing’s condition is getting worse, and so anyone willing to make an urgent contribution should please contact Matthew Nyanplu of Prime FM on cell numbers: 0886248947/ 0770509520 or [email protected]
“I really pray your support on this urgently,” Nyanplu lamented.
