Liberia’s women’s national team head coach Robert Lartey has called up 23 players for a four-day training session ahead of the 2022 women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
According to the Liberia Football Association (LFA), the players were selected from a training camp held at the George Weah Technical Center in Careysburg from March 20-22.
The training, which began on April 1, will climax on Tuesday, April 6.
Determine Girls’ defender Margaret Stewart, who was part of the first training camp, was dropped from the squad.
The qualifying rounds of the 2022 (AFWCON), which is yet to be announced by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), will see 11 countries joining hosts Morocco for the qualifying rounds.
