Liberia: VP Taylor’s Granddaughter Allegedly Received Nude Photos from Teacher

A teacher at Our Lady of Grace International School has been accused of allegedly sending nude pictures to some students, a source at the school has informed the Daily Observer

Matthew, an American teacher known fondly on the campus as Mr. V, reportedly sent nudes to some of his students, including the granddaughter of Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor.

Matthew, according to our source, was formerly an instructor at the More Than Me Academy, which was shut down after an investigation from Pro-Publica discovered Katie Meyler, founder of the school, played a key role in covering sexual abuse allegations against her boyfriend and co-founder, Macintosh Johnson.

Mathew’s alleged antics is reportedly causing discomfort amongst some staff at the school, who are said to be quietly frowning on his level of unprofessionalism.

According to our source, frantic efforts are allegedly being made by the school to keep the information under the wraps (confidential). “...People need to know what these expats are trying to do in Liberia. It’s bad enough we have to deal with the bad guys here.”

When contacted, the Assistant Director of Our Lady of Grace international School, promised to call back. She did not respond later to follow-up calls and SMS.

It is not known whether the school is keeping its Parents Teachers Association in the loop over the alleged incident. A member of the PTA speaking on the condition of anonymity said he has not been informed.

“My son is there—no one has told me anything,” he said.

Investigation continues.
