"We mourn today. The Chairman of the Legislative Caucus of Grand Bassa County and a friend to my father, Honorable Hans Barchue, has passed on. We, however, celebrate his life and contributions to Grand Bassa and the Liberian legislature. May his soul rest in peace," Charlyne M. Brumskine posted on her official Facebook page.
