Liberia’s biggest music portal, Tunes Liberia, has officially launched its long awaited android app, which comes with several features, including the main website.
In a press release signed by the company’s founder and president Elvis Juasemai, the launching of the app is part of their new promotional strategy to make the site accessible to its users.
Users who download the app will have access to all of the company’s social media sites in one place, as well as receiving notifications on recent posts about newly uploaded songs, lyrics videos and news, the release added.
“Our new app can work on any android phones or tablets, and it is easy to use. With the app, our users will have the whole world of the Liberian music right in their hands.
“Our goal from this is to make sure that our costumers become informed about new music from his or her app anywhere, any time,” Juasemai said.
According to him, the beauty of the app is that it is easier and a whole lot faster to download songs than just using the website.
He added: “From a business perspective, the app is easy to use and quick to increase popularity; therefore, we believe that the coming of the app will make the company reach its target of 15,000 viewers per day before the year ends.”
“The app is free, but this link http://app.appsgeyser.com/Tunes Liberia needs to be used in order to download the app in the meantime, while plans are being worked out to have the app on Google Play Store.
“Right now, we have received about a hundred downloads with no complaints. This tells you that the app is good and worth using.”
In related news, the authorities of Tunes Liberia are appealing to artists to make use of the lyrics video opportunity by sending the lyrics to their songs.
“Please send us your lyrics; this is a golden opportunity we are offering for free!”
According to the company, the site’s total average download per day is 5,000.
