Scientific, arguably one of Liberia’s best rappers, is gearing up to drop his highly anticipated debut album ‘Best of Scientific.’
The rapper’s debut album, which has been long in the making, is expect to be released on November 27 on iTunes , Spotify, Amazon and other sites.
The 20-track album comes with genres ranging from hip-hop, R&B, Afrobeat and features artists like Sarkodie, Castro, Jayso and the late Quincy B.
The album also comes with a few new songs and previous fan favorites. Most of the old featured tracks are award-winning songs.
The ‘Best of Scientific’ is a mix-album addressing issues from politics to poverty, race and everyday life activities. The album is coming as a relief for Scientific who, as a rap legend and national treasure that is celebrated as one of the greatest rappers of all time in Liberia due to his unique flow and content, has not been able to drop an album despite teasing fans for a long time about it.
“This is definitely a relief for me especially as an artist of such legendary stature who not a day passes without a loyal fan requesting for an album. They have been hungry for so long and I’m happy they will be getting their long awaiting desire. The date is set and nothing will change,” Scientific said.
All singles from the 20-track album including songs like ‘Da News There?’ ‘Rotate’ and ‘Ticket to Ride’ will come along with videos. And the response coming from fans for the album is great as they cannot wait to grab a copy. ‘Best of Scientific’ is indeed an album to grab a hold of.
And now that Scientific is set to drop his album, it appears that things are now moving for the artist in the right direction since he traveled to the US for his tour.
