TIDAL music, owned by Roc Nation (Jay Z) and others, has partnered with Barkue Tubman’s MBL International Group to curate and market “Proudly Liberian” Playlist that will be marketed and promoted on their global platform, which will expose Liberian artists on the same platform that exclusively pre-released Beyoncé’s ‘Lemonade’ album. With Tidal’s over 10 million subscribers, Liberian artists will finally get the recognition they deserve. Having access to Tidal’s marketing and branding platform will expose Liberia and its HipCo and traditional talents to the world.
The “Proudly Liberian” Playlist was created by Barkue Tubman, founder & CEO of MBL Intl. Group and Cypha Da King of Bluelinks

“I am extremely excited about the Proudly Liberian Playlist with Tidal. It allows me to work with a huge platform to finally create global exposure for the many Liberian artists who have been working hard developing their sounds and crafts to gain the long overdue international recognition they deserve. These artists are tearing up the airwaves at home; however, we need more. Only songs that are already online will be added to the playlist. What makes it special is the playlist is specially marketed to the world by Tidal on the platform, this is HUGE for Liberia. This is just the beginning for what MBL has in store for promoting Liberian artists, music and talent internationally.” Barkue Tubman – CEO / Founder – MBL Intl. Group
