– With another exciting movie: “No Matter What”
Talented youth under the banner Inter-Visionary Artists (IVA) have bounced back in Nimba County with their latest movie “No Matter What.”
The movie, one of the hottest in the commercial city of Ganta, tells the story of a girl who was sponsored to Cuttington University by a cold water seller, but was convinced by friends not marry the man.
After years of disappointment, the girl realized her mistake and returned to her man, who has been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Stubbornly in love, she says “’No Matter What’ I will marry him.”
The IVA said they have been in the movie industry for the past 12 years, making films based on real life stories (non fictions) and the Gospel – they have also been involved in making civil awareness programs for government and NGOs.
Last year, IVA hit the market with a fantastic film called “Double Mission,” which talks about people taking the wrong paths in life.
The film’s director, Janjay Cole, who is popularly known as Sumo, told LIB life that they are in the vanguard of producing parts 3 and 4 of “Double Mission” owing to popular demand.
He is encouraging talented youth to get in the movie industry as a means of entertainment. He said entertainment gives inspiration to the people, but cautioned that the lack of sponsorship is hampering the industry.
