Development Matters is new engaging TV and Radio program that serves to engage citizens in positive discussions about Liberia’s development challenges and innovative approaches to solving them. The shows will discuss policy issues around the Liberian development agenda to help the Government of Liberia, its partners and citizens to make informed decisions. This initiative is funded by USAID.
The purpose of the Development Matters TV program is to:
- Extend the dialogue of Liberian thought leaders coming out of the 2017 Liberia Development Conference (LDC)
- Enable stakeholder engagement on development related issues in order to maximize the impact of development interventions on the population.
- Engage citizens in the dialogue around the Development Matters shows in ways that resonate with local communities across the nation.
