As part of efforts to ensure accessibility, serve customers well and make their lives brighter, Liberian telecommunications giant Lonestar Cell MTN has open a Service Center along the Somalia Drive at Barnesville Junction outside Monrovia.
“The new center is ideally located to serve customers residing along the Somalia Drive and adjoining communities within the Bushrod Island suburb,” said the company in a press release.
Commenting on the new Service Center, Customer Care Manager Semelia Dempster Tweh said, “This new Service Center is surely a dream come true. For too long, customers in these areas have complained of travelling to central Monrovia, Duala or Paynesville to get full services. We have no doubt that this service center is ideally located and will surely help us meet our objectives and serve our customers well.”
The new Service Center adds to the many centers scattered across the company’s footprint in Liberia’s 15 counties.
“Lonestar Cell MTN is the leading Telecommunications Company in Liberia,” the release said. In operation since June 2001, Lonestar is a subsidiary of MTN South Africa, a leader in international telecommunication which operates in 22 countries in the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
