Nonetheless, it appears that the narrative is changing by the day, as few others have decided to beat the odds and carve a niche In the academic realm for themselves. Like Tan-Tan Boakia, Comlan Wesseh alias Com Cruz has proven that he is not only a master of his craft but also a scholar par excellence as he becomes the youngest Liberian musician to obtain a Master's Degree. The musician, who earned his Master of Arts in Communication from the Queens University Of Charlotte, tends to harness his career to promote Liberia's music, arts, and culture, as well as being very instrumental in inspiring other talents within the music sphere.
