MONROVIA, Chambers Justice of the Supreme Court of Liberia, Justice Kabineh M. Ja'neh, yesterday ordered the dissolution of a four-man committee appointed by the presiding Judge of the Criminal Court 'A', Charles K. Williams, to determine whether or not Andrew Dorbor was impotent or tortured by some personnel of the National Security Agency (NSA).
