MONROVIA, The presiding Magistrate of the Monrovia City Court at the Temple of Justice, Milton D. Taylor, yesterday denied a motion to return George Haddad's properties seized by the State for his alleged involvement in the 2004 iron ore deal in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County.
