MONROVIA, Despite a letter written to the Special Representative of the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) by Criminal Court 'A' at the Temple of Justice to provide two qualified medical doctors to examine Andrew Dorbor's claims of alleged torture and impotency caused by some personnel of the National Security Agency (NSA), the Mission says it regrets to render such assistance.
