MONROVIA, The former president of the United Methodist University (UMU) on Ashmun Street, Monrovia, Dr. Oliver Duncan, has died. This sad event occurred on Thursday, December 6, 2007 at about 10:45am at the John F.Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Sinkor. He was 70.
