MARYLAND, USA -- The death is announced of Mr. Winston Fred Gibson, former Chief Engineer and Operations Manager at the Liberia Telecommunications Corporation (LTC), which sad event occurred on Wednesday, October 3, 2007, at his home in College Park, MD, United States of America. He was 68.
