Grasscutter (Groundhog) Rearing
(First in the series of three)

Grasscutter or Groundhog as it is popularly known in Liberia is another area of study by 30 Liberians, 8 females and 22 males who underwent a two-month training course recently at the Centre Songhai in the Republic of Benin. First, in the series of four, we will be discussing the housing, feeding, maintenance and management techniques of the animal.
