Quite recently, a Liberian delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture which was led by Madam Lwopu Kandakai; Deputy Agriculture Minister for the Department of Regional Development, Research and Extension, and others represented Liberia in Madrid, Spain, at the First Meeting of the Governing Body on The International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture.
