MONROVIA, May 3 --Mrs. Theresa Leigh-Sherman, president of the Liberian National Red Cross Society (LNRCS), has been nominated by the Spanish Red Cross Society to receive a gold medal for her praiseworthy actions in favor of the most vulnerable.
