MONROVIA, A University of Liberia (UL) student presidential contender in the ensuing election has complained to the office of the acting president of the institution, Professor D. Ansu Sonii, Sr., about what he termed 'strange elements' being introduced into the UL Student Union (ULSU) ongoing electoral process. He added that the process was being marred by suspected flaws.
