MONROVIA, It is often said that corruption in the Liberian society has its roots in the first branch of government, the Legislature. This week at the Legislature saw a display of mistrust among senators as smoke appeared on the screen. Well, it is said where there is smoke there is fire, and the song you hear a child singing near the town, it is that very song that is popularly sung in that town.
