MONROVIA, The Presiding Judge of the Criminal Court 'C' at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia, S. Geevon Smith, Tuesday granted defense motion and ordered Magistrate M. Wondah Sondah to bail a fugitive and have him released from further detention at the Monrovia Prison Compound.
