Gbalazeh Blames PRC
Says Soldiers Failed to Reform Judiciary

MONROVIA, Former Chief Justice Emmanuel Nyan Gbalazeh has attributed his failure to carry out a judicial reform as head of the Supreme Court under the military dictatorship of former president Samuel Doe to the 'ignorance' of the regime of the military-turned-civilian president, Samuel Kanyon Doe.
