MONROVIA, As the wave of armed robbery across the country spirals with more people falling prey to the antics of marauding band of armed robbers, some members of the House of Representatives (HOR) have introduced a bill seeking stiff penalty for perpetrators of armed robbery and other violent and heinous crimes in the country.
