GBARPOLU COUNTY, Cllr. Pearl Brown-Bull, who has been suspended for time indefinite as commissioner of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC), yesterday made a dramatic appearance at the TRC hearings presently ongoing at Bopolo City Hall where the Commission is currently conducting public hearings on atrocities that characterized the nation's 14-year civil war.
