MONROVIA, The 11-month old treason trial of retired Chief of Staff of the dissolved Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL), Lt/Gen. Charles G. Julu Sr, and co-defendant, retired Col. Andrew D. Dorbor, is taking an unprecedented turn as defense's third witness, Ephraim Gaye has claimed that his brother, Junior Gaye, offered him US$1,500 to lie on the accused.
