MONROVIA, Former Chief of Staff of the dissolved Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL), Lt/Gen Charles G. Julu, Sr. yesterday termed the Government coup plot allegation levied against him and co-defendant Andrew Dorbor as 'black lies'.
