MONROVIA, With reference to latest reports revealing that armed robbery was again on the increase, particularly in the Paynesville Area, President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf says she will take more drastic measures to ensure better protection of citizens if the UN Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) and the Ministry of Justice fail to curb the situation within a month.
