MONROVIA, Cllr. Frank Musa Dean of the Dean & Associates Law Firm in Monrovia yesterday disclosed that three qualified pathologists from the Nebraska Institute of Forensic Sciences (NIFS) in the United States of America (USA), are expected to arrive in the country to perform another autopsy on the remains of 13-year old Angel Togba.
