RIVERCESS COUNTY, The Hall of Cestos City, Rivercess County, was on Wednesday overwhelmed by silence, grief and sorrow as Edward Zoryeah, former town chief of Morweh Town, Joe River District, recounted the mass arrest, torture and summary execution of almost all of the residents of the town in 1995.
