THE IVORY COAST, President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf has welcomed Cote d'Ivoire's decision to join the Mano River Union (MRU). Ivorian President Laurent Gbagbo announced his country's decision Tuesday in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire, following talks with the Liberian leader.
