UN Diplomat Advocates Protocol Training by Gov't

MONROVIA, The Country Director for United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Mr. Dominic Sam, wants Government to put more resources into training officials in the field of etiquette and protocols, if Liberia must rise up to play an effective role in the field of diplomacy.
