MONROVIA, Cllr. Frank Musa Dean of the Dean & Associates Law offices in Monrovia has filed a motion with the Monrovia City Court to order the Ministry of Justice to preserve the remains of Meideh Angel Togbah in order that the defendants could conduct a DNA test and an autopsy.
