MONROVIA, The Resident Judge of the Civil Law Court at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia, Yussif D. Kaba, yesterday held Justice Minister Philip A.Z. Banks, III and Police Director Col. Beatrice Munah Sieh in contempt.
