Govt Shuts Libercell Down While Company’s Employees Rant for Salaries, Benefits

Libercell Atlantic Wireless Inc., one of four GSM service providers operating in Liberia, was yesterday shut down by government due to the company’s “failure to comply with payment stipulations before the Tax Court of Montserrado County” or failure to pay license fees to the government of Liberia.
