Mr. Brown indicated that he wants the third quadrillion at the LNOC, which he supposedly considered his last term to directly run the affairs of Olympiad House and to “test” his apparent successor, Cllr. Sylvester Rennie, who is serving as Vice President for Administration.
The tough-mannered LNOC boss and his favorite heir, mild-mannered, came at the helm of the Committee eight years ago.
