Family of ‘Paralyzed’ Child Pleads for Help

Man, 43, Acquitted of Rape
Tuesday, 10 January 2012 22:04A 43-year-old man, Oscar Daniels, who since 2010 has been in jail at the Monrovia Central Prison for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl, was yesterday acquitted of the rape charge and subsequently ordered released.
Daniels was accused of raping the girl at Topoe Village Community in Gardnersville, outside Monrovia.
He was acquitted by the First Judicial Circuit Court at the Temple of Justice on Capitol Hill for lack of evidence to convict him of the charge.
