Police Condone Underage Drinking in Ganta

Young children under 18 years have been actively engaged consumption of alcoholic beverages, especially during the festive season, despite restriction against vendors by the Ministry of Commerce.

During the Christmas celebration on Monday in Ganta, Nimba County, many children between the ages of 12 and 17 were seen on the main street purchasing 'Big Mama', a highly fermented liquor.
